What we do
Programs and Services
Holistic trauma training, settlement, Picnic and camping, peer to peer mentorship, employment services, stress management, mediation, counselling, advocacy, recreational activities, English translation, youth club, outreach, and transitional year programs.
Skills: Culinary training, cultural dance and drumming, photography, and sewing.

NICS helps those who need help in regards to addiction, substance use, mental health issues, those in and out of the criminal justice system who are disconnected from family and friends due to institutions, drug abuse, and violence.

At NICS, our legal education initiatives focus on empowering individuals and communities with knowledge of their rights and responsibilities. We offer accessible workshops, presentations, and training on topics such as employment law, tenancy rights, human rights, and family law basics.
These programs are designed to build confidence, reduce vulnerability, and equip participants with practical skills to navigate legal systems in their daily lives. Workshops and training on legal rights and responsibilities for individuals and communities.
