Every client is different and requires a unique approach.

The most important thing is the direction you face by identifying where you locate yourself within the identity wheel.

How do you locate yourself within the structure the society has formed about your color, age, gender, place of origin, ethnicity, mental and physical ability, sexual orientation, etc? Reflect on your realities about race superiority and inferiority.

“Our Youth Group on an Outing”

Think of your ability to survive amid all these odds in racial domination, control, and oppression restriction of your full participation in the society. This control sometimes established and secured by laws and violence can only be deconstructed by our cultural beliefs and psychological stand.

Aging is not lost youth, but a new stage of opportunity and strength
