Peer learning
Peer learning is learning from and with each other in public and private settings." The focus is on the learning process, and particularly the emotional support individuals provide one another. In peer teaching, instructor and learner roles are defined, but in peer learning, they are flexible. For example, staff can actively facilitate groups or launch student-led activities like seminars or learning relationships.
