Dr. Dorothy is a renowned social justice advocate, educator, social service worker, and human rights consultant with a wealth of experience in the human and community services fields. With a strong academic background, experience and deep commitment to social justice, Dr. Dorothy has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and communities to overcome oppression and achieve their fullest potential.

Dr. Anthony’s’ concern for humanity and underprivileged individuals and families led her to work with young people and families who have been traumatized by systemic racism impacting their lives.

Dr. Dorothy sees the need after her doctoral degree to dedicate her career to serving vulnerable communities and combating the root causes of misbehaviour, violence, and Black youth school dropouts, as well as education and well-being disparities.
